For those who couldn't go to columbus, what else is there coming up?
I know of one in Huntsville, and another in Oxford, AL (I think the Oxford
one is the first weekend in May. Perhaps I'll have this '67 parted out
by then, and load up the truck. What other meets are happening? Anyone
coming to the Music City Grand National event labor day weekend?

All Ford Nationals
June 5-7
Carlisle Fairgrounds
Carlisle, PA

It is in western PA, near Mechanicsberg, Harrisberg. Off Route 78.
Probably the best swap meet I've ever been to.

No offense, John, but you've got an odd definition of western. Looks to
be about 2 hours from Philadelphia on my map. The Pittsburgh area considers
this to be Eastern. winking smiley

None taken. But for the NY metro area set who rarely venture west of
the Poconos, the 350-mile westward trek (from my LI home) puts us in
the WEST. In fact, according to my map (used on the cover of the New
Yorker magazine some years back), don't you hit the Rockies somewhere
west of 10th Avenue? 8^)

[ To all: FWIW please disregard the playful sarcasim in my response;
I was just havin' some fun. ]

Yes, it does appear that Carlisle is more East then I thought. Just
after all that driving one way, I was expecting to hit the Ohio border.
Would it be more properly stated as South Central PA?

It's still the best swap meet I've ever been to, although Columbus, OH
runs a close second, IMHO.

AH, yes, this is the only reason why I miss being in Wilkesbarre,
PA...Carlisle was just a short 120 mile drive...Bam, hop on 81 south, and you
were their..

Most people in PA(No offense) just like to call it "just west of Harrisburg"...

I don't know about this statement, I've been to Columbus, OH, had the pleasure
of going to the Pammona, CA swap meet, but still like Carlisle the best.... No
fuss, no muss, just acres and acres of CARS & CAR
PARTS.....YYYYAAHHHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just my 2 cents......

Yours In Fords,

Bill S.

PS: By the way John, the Rockies don't start until your halfway thru the
Lincoln Tunnel, or was that the George Washington Bridge???????
