The MII track width seems very close to my '70's width.
The frame however is 27.5" outside to outside.
Mine was 27.25 inside to inside.
The MII crossmember comes up and welds on the outside of the frame rail.
This means in my car it would have to go through thte frame rail. So we cut
out my frame on each side.
The crossmember filled up the cuts and was welded in. This coming weekend we
will add some more reinforcements and the shock tower replacement panels
will be welded in also.
Over all it is prety simple. If you don't want to cut your frame I am sure
you could modify the MII crossmember instead.
I still have to figure where to mount the radius arms...

Check out the Nov. Mustang and Fords if you want to see a MII suspension
install.
My whole project is on hold for a few weeks. My wife had our baby 3 weeks
early. But now I have a healthy boy to keep my busy.

Congrats, Sam, They're as much fun as an old Mustang and considerably
more expensive...but well worth the effort.
