A product I think I saw in a Mustang Illustrated article last year...

Its a spray-on liquid that is advertised to put a clear coating on
the sprayed surface that can be easily washed off... The idea being
that racers or show car enthusiasts can spray it on areas like
behind the tires or over yuor exhaust tips... and then when
you're at the show or whereever, you wash it off and all the tar,
smoke, rubber bits, stuff comes right off...

I think it was called "Race" and I think it was from Castrol... but
I havent seen it, or a reasonable facsimile, anywhere...

Anyone seen it? Used it? Recommend it? Have a better way?

I used to use diesel in a pump up sprayer for the sprint cars. Works real
good and did not hurt the paint. AMSOIL has a product called MP that comes
in a spray can that works well also.
