Hi all,
I was just wondering if anyone was planning on attending the Jefferson
county swap and car show in Wisconsin. It's April 25th and 26th just
outside of Madison Wisconsin. From what people tell me, it's supposed
to be the biggest in the midwest. I'm new at going to shows so I'll
have to find out for myself which shows are good and not so good.

Chuck,
I've gone the last 2 shows (Spring and Fall), and it is very well attended, by
both vendors and buyers. The only problem is finding Ford parts. There are
about 6 regular Ford vendors, and a scattering of Ford parts within the usual
used stuff.
I've gotten some good stuff, but don't go with the expectation of finding that
rare part
you need. If you find it, alright!!! If not, oh well...
It's alot of fun tho, rummaging around the junk and keeping a keen out for
that rare occuring Ford part. Go early...the line getting into the parking
lot can go for over a mile by noontime. And don't park in the lots away from
the fairgrounds. If you buy any parts that weigh something, you'll regret the
walk to the car.
