I bought the Scott Drake sequential LED tail lamp setup when it first
came out. I've had nothing but trouble with it, and a disassembly of
the tail lamps gave me two LED boards with heavily oxidized solder
joints, two melted resistors, and a general look and feel of a piece
of crap product (and this is only the left side! I'm afraid to take
apart the right side as it might fall apart!). I'm VERY dissatisfied
with their product.

Anyone have or know of another manufacturer making LED setups for the
tail lamps? Does anyone just have a 1157 LED replacement hanging out
in the OEM socket back there?

Brandon--Mustang Project does. I haven't used them, but here is their URL.

YMMV.

PS. I bought those when they first came out and sent them back. They gave
me headaches, too.

Brandon...

My son sells them. These are NOT the Scott Drake products. He has them in
Sequential or plain. I have the sequential version in my car and love them.

Here's a link to them at his store:

rpmustang.com/RPMSTORE/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=10_86_8
7&products_id=141
