The question as to whether or not the insurance companies are using credit
ratings to determine premiums is quite valid. The answer to the question is
yes, they are. Whether or not it is legal is yet to be determined, but, due
to the PAC's in Washington D.C. and the power (money) of the lobby, there is
no question that it will be. But that is just my opinion.
