I called a buddy of mine who puts engines together like he was eating
his favorite food (man am I envious his skill and speed and ease with
that stuff). He said, call the guy who balances our engines. So.....

I called Denver Balancing (303-722-9227) which is a company that will
balance anything (as far as I know). They have been in business for 20+
years, they did my first engine back in '76. They do engines, race
engines for a friend of mine and have done three engines for me.

He said it would definitely be a problem, cause a vibration and shorten
the life of the engine. So, is that enough of an expert for you? I
included his phone number so you could call him and ask all the
questions you want.
