I did the lojack 3 years ago with the early warning system where they
call your cell phone if it moves without the key fob in it. No issues
and luckily haven't needed it - I live in Oakland. ;-)

One thing though. When the batteries in the Lojack fob get low, it also calls you, emails you, texts you and any other way you want it to contact you. It doesn't leave you alone until you change the batteries. I guess that's a good thing. I have Lojack in my 2006 Mustang. Thinking about putting in the '68. The success rate for retrieving your car is really high and usually within a few hours. I like that idea.

What's the cost of Lojack? I'm wondering if it can be moved from car to
car since I don't regularly drive the convertible or GT.

One thing though. When the batteries in the Lojack fob get low, it also
calls you, emails you, texts you and any other way you want it to
contact you. It doesn't leave you alone until you change the batteries.
I guess that's a good thing. I have Lojack in my 2006 Mustang. Thinking
about putting in the '68. The success rate for retrieving your car is
really high and usually within a few hours. I like that idea.

For the early warning type, it runs a one-time charge of $1200.00. No, it is not transferrable from car to car.

What?s the cost of Lojack? I?m wondering if it can be moved from car to car since I don?t regularly drive the convertible or GT.
