Does anyone know how to dilute touchup paint. I got a small jar of paint
from the shop that painted my car, but I can't dilute it. I've tried mineral
spirits and acetone.

I've used laquer thinner and it worked fine.

Laquer thinner should do it, just a small amount goes a long way.
