What gear oil should be used in a '65 4 speed ?

What is the transmission capacity?

Does anyone have experience with Summit engine oils with high levels of zinc
and phosphorus?

Top Loader capacity is 4 pts (2 Qts) (I think the t-10 is the same.)
Reg gear oil works fine.
