Howdy all.

I finally found a place to sell me a re-furbished generator for my 64.5
but when it got here, it did not have the belt pulley (which also has some
fan blades molded into it) attached.

I still have the old generator, but the old pulley is very rusty and beat up
(not to mention it will be a pain to remove)

Has anyone ever seen this part for sale separate from the generator, or should
the parts place have sent me one attached to the new generator?

(This was Larry's T-Bird/Mustang in California) I must say the new part
is *very* nice. It is obviously an original ford part, just cleaned up
and painted. It looks new inside and out.. I just wish it had the pulley on it.
They do not list the pulley in their catalog at all.

Any suggestions / opinions welcome.

Thanks,

-Zim

Just off the top of my head (sorry, I'm at work) I THINK I've seen the pulley
in Virginia Classic Mustangs catalog. I should have my original double belt
pulley but I'm sure it's in as bad a shape as yours. Plus it tended to wear
out the bearings in the generator very quickly. I won't be online again till
Monday but I'll look in my catalogs & let you know Monday.
