I have seen a lot of Exchange RTF garbage lately (as have all of us) and
would like to help all of us have a better list experience. However, I'm
reluctant to use up list time (beyond this message) to explain appropriate
configuration for using Microsoft Exchange with an e-mail list.

Since we do not have a FAQ (do we?), if you are using Microsoft Exchange
please respond to me (not the list). I would be happy to send along some
guidelines and settings to help you configure Exchange. This will remove
the long strings of garbage appended to some e-mails.
