Is anyone on the list using the Performer RPM heads on thier 390 or
428? I'm curious how the power/weight loss changes power and
performance.

I have the RPM Performer Heads, cam and manifold....the power is unbelieveable. I
cannot speak as to the power difference for only a head swap...my engine has had a full
rebuild. I also helped the "heads breath" by installing a set of Hooker Super Competition
headers (1967 GTA). The Super Competition headers are necessary due to the tight
configuration of the car. Spark is supplied through a Pertronix "ignitor" and is cycled
through an MSD 6A package.

I ordered the heads "assembled." You can get the bare heads, but by my calculations, the
springs, retainers and valves will cost you in excess of the assembled heads.
