I have the SSBC conversion on factory (V8) spindles, My 67 was originally
a 6 cyl. At the time (5 years ago) the kit was only available for the V8
spindles. I wanted 5 lug anyway so I got a used set of the beefier
spindles. I love the SSBC kit. It's 4 piston, non power assist. With the 4
piston you don't miss power brakes. I did go with 15" wheels, so I didn't have
the caliper issue someone else mentioned. I really don't regret going
with the ssbc's even though they were more expensive than the Granada swap and
would do it again.
