Is there a source for missing data plates? Looked at a 68 GT Conv. 390
over the weekend. Have vehicle ID but the door plate was missing.

Regards,
Jerry

Jerry,
Marti's (see latest issue of Mustang Monthly) Auto Works in AZ does alot
of reproduction dataplates, you will need a copy of your title/registration
before they will produce anything for you.
If you have a copy of the original window sticker, or even better yet, a
copy of the build sheet, it would go along way to have the dataplate properly
stamped. Hope this is helpful.

Yours In Fords,

Bill

Try looking for the buck tag, it has most of the info that is on the
data plate. It is located on the fender apron by the hood hinge,
passenger side.
