Dash Trim Removal

All of you with 71-73 Mustangs....

I'm trying to remove the trim (black area) above the glove box. I've
removed the 4 big nuts from the back and the screws from the top, but it
seems like something near the pass-side air vent is holding it in place. I
saw 4 1/4" bolts there and started to remove them. There a pain to get to
-- is that what I need to do or is there something else I need to do?
