ed -you mention that you might have seeral wiring diagrams for 65 converts.
i have also, but have been trying to locate one that indicates the proper
wiring for the fog light setup (GT). Currently mine seem to be run directly from
the foglight switch, but i know they are supposed to turn on the rear parking
lamps when lit, so they must connect to them somewhere. Could you check to see
if any of your diagrams show the foglight connections?
thank you,
david in Boston

Being that the fog lights were an option for most mustangs, the wiring
diagram does not show the hook up.
When I get home tonight I will make you a copy and send it out.
Ed

The switch basically is the central point for the pump motor (single
heavy gage wire from the switch to the pump motor) and the power from

Disconnect the battery before trouble shooting the problem.
Good luck

I tryed to put up my top the other day and nothing.
Some body before me cut a bunch of wires to the switch
so I don't have a conector to just unplug. Well I can
feel a wire that has come apart but it's so short that
I can't get at it.What I need to do is pull the switch
out and hope I can get to them thru the dash. Can
someone tell me how the switch is mounted? I can feel
up there and it feels like push caps. Anything you can
tell me about the mounting or wring would help alot.
Thanks Rick
