Yes, the Aussie heads will fit your engine, but you'll need different
pistons. Yours are open chamber and the Aussie are (if they're the
good ones) close chamber.

Your headers and exhaust system will work.

Are they better? That depends on what you're trying to accomplish.
The Aussie heads are sought after to make fake Boss 302 and the 351
Clevor engines.
