Thanks for all the input. I've ordered upper and lower control arms, and STOCK perches.

I've seen right-angle grease-gun fittings. Have you guys tried using these? Is there enough clearance to get one in there?
As to drilling holes in my shock towers -- two words: never, ever.
Thanks again, everyone!

If you're doing that, get the strut & stabilizer bushings, too! Also do
the stabilizer bar end links. That all has to be removed to do the LCA's
anyway.

Dan, good call. I remember when I removed the end links they were
rusted into tooth picks. I couldn't believe they didn't break. I
replaced the original bar with a 1" bar from MP.

That's what I did, along with poly bushings and end-links.
Beautifully zinc plated and much less sway in the front over the
11/16" I had on there before.

Yes, I'd recommend upgrading the stabilizer bar even if you don't drive
aggressively. It makes it feel more like the newer cars and less like
the Titanic (or possibly a floating couch)!

Well, I kept my original bar (this is a stock restoration). As badly
deteriorated as my suspension components were, just doing all the bushings,
links and LCA's was a MAJOR, MAJOR improvement!
