Correct-a-mundo! You have to pull hub+bearings+drum together since Ford
"swedged" the drum to the studs in the hub.

Not true. The hub, which contains the studs and bearings/races comes off
with the drum. The *spindle* (i.e., the tapered shaft) stays on the car.
