I agree 100% that all cars should pass smog checks. My personal
reason for backing SB42 is that I have 6 cars to smog check...
that's three every year. Doesn't sound too bad, but it is a
nuisance, since half these cars get driven less than 1000 miles
a year.

Agreed. My GT500 passed just fine, even without the Califiornia
required-but-optional-else-where Air Pump.
