Hi all,

It is hard to keep up with all the latest aftermarket products, but does
anyone know what options are out there for converting my C4 to a standard.
Obviously, one is to find a 4spd toploader and all accessories, which is
hard to find where I'm from. There has been a lot of talk about a T5 or T6
conversion. Are there kits out there that REALLY work? BTW, my car is a
'69 convertible with a '70 351c-4v.

Thanks in advance.

I am currently in the process of converting my '67 with a C4 automatic to a
T5. My car has power brakes and I am dioing a cable linkage, so that means
that I am doing it the excruciatingly painful way.... with a late model lutch
quadrant and cable! If you are interested in a great information sheet, call
California Pony Cars at 888.225.7669. I have not ordered anything from them,
as I am going out on my own and putting together my own combination. They have
several ways of doing the T5 conversion, but no kit that uses a cable.

Regards,
Steve Kent
