Hello all, I am starting to upgrade my 70 coupe brakes from drums to discs. I
have the parts from a 70 machI, and before I put them in I wont to paint them.
Does anybody know what color the booster, and master cyl. are supposed to be?
How about the spindles, and backing plates? We are not doing a full resto, but
wont the car to look as original as possible. Thanks for your help.

Booster semi-gloss black. master cylinder has been under discussion for
a while but I would suggest semi-gloss black also
Spindles are dark cast with highlight where machining, hardness test
were done. On top are a bunch of paint marks. Backing plates are
semi-gloss black( slightly glosser that the master cylinder and booster
since they were dipped in most cases
