Subject: Re: [CM] Battery Maintainer - I have 7

I have not had a battery problem since I started using a battery minder/maintainer. I have been using them for the last 8-10 years in all my classics/ non daily drivers and boats. I even have them running on several deep cycle marine batteries (my boat has 2 and electric gate has 1). The gate charger / battery gets a lot of use. I used to have a solar charger on it, but would have to replace the battery every year or so. Now I get around 48 to 60 months on the same unit.

I happen to use VDC Electronics maintainers vdcelectronics.com/index.htm . You can go to their website and read about all the various brands on the market.

You can purchase a VDC maintainer at
.northerntool.com/product-1/197012.htm

or other places

hope this helps

charge. Do they work? Do they NOT work?
