Another C-4 Tranny Problem. #1

I just took out, had rebuilt, and put back in my c-4 transmission in to
my 71 coupe. Boy was that hard. Every thing went ok, except 2 things. 1.
I cant remember where the kick down rod gets attached to the tranny. ( i
know, should have taken a picture before I took it apart) and the other
is, does anyone know of a good way to adjust the shifter to the tranny?
