I have a couple of Qs about the power steering on a 70 Mach 1.

1- I bought the Control Valve Rebuild kit. I've read through the
instructions once and think that I can get through it. Is it something
that a backyard mechanic can handle? Any tips? Any special tools
needed? Do I need to take any measurements before I remove it to get it
put back correctly?

2- I ordered the set of PS hoses from Mustangs Unlimited (made by
gates?). They don't look like the ones that they are to replace. It
looks like I might be able to bend them enough to get them to fit, but I
don't know for sure. Anyone had any experience with these? (BTW- its a
351C-2V).
