Hi All,

If most of you remember, I asked about some quirks in my FMX
transmission. Well, last Friday night, I noticed something totally
different, and it does it consistantly now. It will not down shift into
1st after I come to a stop. It starts either 2nd or 3rd. If I tapped
the gas, and stop again, it will shift down. If I manualy shift to 1,
then back to D, it will be fine. I did notice I was about 1/2 quart
down. I topped it off, but for the first 5 minutes, it would still act
up. After that, it shifted fine. Well, I tried it out again when it
was cold, and it started acting up again.

I have the car scheduled to go into the trans shop tomorrow to get
checked out. Does the trans just needs to be serviced/adjusted, or
could it be a different problem? (ie.$$$$) I'm also thinking of the
worst. What does it cost to rebuild an FMX trans?

Thanx again,

-Chuck
