On Jan 29th I dropped off my stang to be media blasted, I stripped it down to
where there wasn't anything that couldn't be unbolted
. I took pics and
will keep the list updated on the project.
Bernie NJ
Int, ext, and underside will be blasted.

I had my eye on a 67 fastback that I intended to buy and drop an EFI engine
in. In fact, I was inquiring here about information regarding that swap...
Just as I was preparing to take the 800 mile ride to go buy it, an
acquaintance told me about a disassembled 69 Boss 302 that was available
cheap and about 8 miles from my house. Owner distressed, getting married,
moving, can't take with, blah blah blah...
So anyhow, now that acquaintance has a case of beer for a finders fee, the
previous owner has a cashiers check and I have 1 car body, complete drive
train, all sheetmetal, and a lot of the parts I'll need to finish
it. Including original front and rear plastic spoilers...
Engine was rebuilt 16 years ago, sealed up and left sitting. It's getting
torn down right now and gone through so I'm sure it's right. Whoever
rebuilt it didn't set it up for unleaded gas.
My one sin with this car will be that I have it built to run on 92 octane
gas from the gas pump. No way do I want to deal with fuel additives.
I have pictures... warped.com/~lc/gallery.shtml?gallery=BOSS
and to top it off I found a 69 Mach 1 next door to where the Boss lived,
34K original miles, 4 speed, 351, intact aside from a front frame rail that
is rusted. needs painting and cleanup. It's coming home for $1000 tommorrow.
oh it's a good month
