Hey guys,

I have installed a 302 roller motor with '69 351 Windsor exhaust manifolds
in my '66 convertible. These manifolds (similar to the 289 hi-po manifolds)
dropped right in and have good clearance all around. I'd like to use a
stock-type h-pipe if possible, rather than going to a fully custom exhaust.
I'm thinking that the 69 351W h-pipe might fit. It is available from
Mustangs Unlimited or Virginia Classic Mustangs. Any thoughts? I've heard
that the flanges are bigger on the Windsor manifolds than they are on the
289 manifolds. Or I would try to use a '66 hi-po h-pipe.

Thanks,

Tom

I don't know diddly about 351's but aren't the blocks bigger than a 289/302?
Will the 351 H pipe bee too wide? A muffler shop ought to be able to make an
H pipe pretty cheap, didn't add much to my duals when i had some made up.
