Can someone direct me to a source for a wiring diagram or schematic for a 67 Mustang with the tach option installed? I'm having trouble figuring out a couple of things such as how the "Voltage" idiot light is wired, etc. All of my Mustang manuals have good schematics for the standard configurations but I can't seem to find anything with the tach option. Thanks.

I am pretty sure I have them, I will try to look when I get home from
work. Otherwise I believe you can purchase it from National Parts
Depot.

I have a LOT of info on the tach and associated wiring for 67 and 68. It is not trivial, I can dig up stuff to help. There was a very good article in Mustang Monthly several years ago, I actually contacted the author, and probably went a little beyond what he did.

I converted 68 non tach cluster to a tach, but an early mistake I made was starting with a 67 cluster - they are very different, and that is why I know so much about both.

It will take me some time to get the info together, so if you could reply to me directly, I can remind myself occasionally to keep digging for info.

Bill,

If you still need the info, I can send you a zip file
for the 67 Mustang wiring diagram. Contact me
off-list.

Thanks,

Jess
