'66 coupe brake lights????

I have a perplexing problem with my brake lights. Since they didn't
work, I put in a new brake light switch. They still do not work. I have
tail lights, turn signals both front and rear, and the 4 way flashers only on
the front parking brakes. Does anyone have a solution for me? Thanks ahead
of time. Jim

Check the ground connections. Turn signals might be working because the
circuit is grounded through the front turn signals.
