Rich, do you have an Automatic? If so, you definitely need a vacuum
carb. I would use an edelbrock or Holly 750 vac. You didn't say which
cam you have, but it sounds like you need some gears too. If you have
the RPM cam, you will probably want 4.11 or maybe 3.73. are your heads
the TFS R or just the TW heads? Since you said 2.02 valves, I am
assuming you have the regular TFS heads. THe R head is so very over
kill for a 302 sized engine, it would really suck lower in the range.
you need special headers too.
a setup with the TFS head, RPM intake, should run nicely. I bet you
need carb and gear help. Your 2.25 exhaust is a little restrictive, I
went 2.5 on mine. it shouldn't make that much difference though.

I would vote for the vac carb, but the heads should work.
