Ford will have that plant back up to speed quickly, if not already.
Won't affect production numbers that much.

Define "rare". They'll produce over 100,000 Mustangs this model year.

Cobra? Okay, but they'll still make as many as they can sell (Cobra
production each year seems to run in the 4-digit range), and most of
those will be babied and drenched in Armor All their entire lives with
many owners believing they have some sort of automotive Holy Grail.

In 20, 30 or 40 years, of course they'll be considered "classics" (some
mid-80's 5.0 and SVO cars are thought of that way already, but check the
Kelly Blue Book regarding prices).

To drive and enjoy? Absolutely. Strictly as an investment? Check out
some no-load mutual funds instead.
