Updating master cylinder

Ok, I changed my master cylinder to a dual line power brake drum, drum master cylinder. I have power brakes from factory.

But now The Pedal goes almost al the way to floor when running and car hardly stops.

I replaced all wheel cyliders and lines as well.

Bleed brakes 3 times, but there is not much pressure when the fluid comes out if wheel,cylinder and with the top off master cylinder you can see fluid rushing back into the reservoir when you press the pedal.
