I still can't decide between the '67 and '69 Mustang fastback. Amazing cars that don't have to have the Shelby package (but it would be nice!) to be great.

While I own and love my 1966 Mustang Sprint 200 coupe (special edition straight six model), my favorite 2 Fords are these-- 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Skyliner, and any Edsel from 1958-1959.

I have had several Mustangs from '65-'69 and I think for me the 65 is my favorite maybe because it was the first Mustang I owned. I do have a Focus ZX3 as my daily driver that is a whole lot of fun to drive. If there was one Ford I could have it would probably be a Datona coupe or a GT-40 but then again just for cruising maybe a 63 Galaxie Super Torque with a 427 or maybe a '55 -bird. There are to many to choose from I could have a favorite for every day of the week.

In the last year I've purchased two Mustang coupes, a 1966 and a 1967. They are both project cars, and the first Fords I've ever owned.

My favorite Ford is this one: 1966 Coupe. Original T code, 200 6. it has a disc brake conversion with Konig Rewind wheels, 15x7's with 215/65/15 Firestones.
I am partial to the 64 to early 66 Falcons. If I had the money I would import a Mk.1 & a Mk.2 Escort.

Anything with a Flathead V-8........except the last two years just looked too new......and the 38's didn't really float my boat. Grew up riding around in a 40 Tudor DeLuxe....still have the bonnet "DeLuxe" emblems from it.
That said, working on cars for a living, about anything Ford with a CuIn that ends in a "9" or at least the initial offering did.
239 (flathead), 289 ( out-runs those a bit newer), and 429 (better and longer lasting than the 460). I worked for Ford when the 460's came out....there was a reason there was a 429 CobraJet and not a 460 CobraJet.
Mustangs are cool....Cougars were better. 67 Mustang or Cougar is better than a 68...less "fed" stuff, both under the bonnet AND mandated sidelights. Lean against a 67, you lean against a 67. Do it to a 68, you leave a dent. Just what I remember.

Now that is a hard one!
The 1962 and 63 Fair lanes, because of the great styling and practicality.
The 1957 Thunderbird, it was the prettiest car ever made in my eyes.
1932 Ford Victoria, now that was class.
The Ford GT-40, the best sports car of its day, if not forever.
1989 SHO, what a performer. Fast and I got 30 mpg out of it and even better. That is provided I stayed out of the throttle.
